1. Customer inputs and personalised outputs
You retain ownership of original material you lawfully provide. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, the substantive personalised finished output created specifically for you and paid for by you may be used, edited, printed and reproduced by you for its intended personal, educational, professional or internal organisational purpose.
Your permitted use continues for separately purchased outputs after a subscription ends.
2. Salam Studio Pro property
Salam Truthful Ltd retains all rights in Salam Studio Pro and its reusable technology and intellectual property, including software, source and object code, prompts, generator logic, workflows, databases, interfaces, layouts, reusable template architecture, blank structures, branding, design systems, methods and know-how. Purchasing an output does not transfer the platform or reusable generator/template system to you.
You may not extract or resell blank reusable templates, reproduce hidden prompts/workflows, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected functionality, copy reusable website frameworks or use outputs to build a competing generator/template library.
3. Business Studio outputs
Purchased editable Business Studio outputs may be adapted for the customer’s own permitted business use. The customer receives rights in the completed purchased output as described by the applicable licence, not ownership of the underlying Salam Studio Pro master template system, software or reusable design architecture.
4. Website project assets and code
Customers retain rights in lawful original logos, text, images, trademarks and business content they provide. Salam Truthful Ltd retains its pre-existing software, reusable components, frameworks, development methods, generator systems and platform intellectual property.
Bespoke deliverables created specifically for a paid website project are licensed or handed over according to the agreed service scope. Third-party code, fonts, themes, plugins, stock assets and services remain subject to their own licences and are not transferred beyond those licence terms.
5. Domains and hosting
A customer-owned domain remains the customer’s property and responsibility unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise. Hosting access is a service and does not transfer ownership of third-party hosting infrastructure or Salam Studio Pro platform systems.
6. Subscription access
Subscription access is account-based and subject to reasonable use and the plan allowance. Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, the standard allowance is 4 new subscription downloads per calendar day. Technical retries, failed downloads and legitimate re-downloads of the same previously obtained output do not count as new downloads.
7. Third-party rights
Customer rights are subject to third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, database and other rights. Salam Truthful Ltd cannot grant rights it does not own.
8. Delivery and re-delivery
Eligible paid outputs are supplied electronically. Automatic download may be attempted after payment, with manual or restored-access fallback where needed. A technical failure does not extinguish a verified purchase.
9. Human review
Customer rights in an output do not amount to a warranty that the output is legally, professionally or factually suitable. Review and adapt it before reliance.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or replaces any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable UK consumer rights.
